Just a short message....

Hmm...I wonder if anyone reads my blog :)...anyway, I will just write a short little comment on Jordan.
The country is very different from what I saw in Israel, a lot more poor, and a lot more conservative. It is interesting to see the big split between rich and poor, and if I didn't realize at the college how spoil I am, I do it here.
I'm staying at Nareg's family, which I really enjoy. They are one of the most carring and friendly people in the world! I really felt welcome from day one when Nareg's brother showed me around in down town Amman. Nareg and I went to a refugee camp today, that was an really interesting experience to see how far the Palenstians got after 50 years, and then compare it to where Israel is.
Nareg and I are going to Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqbua (near the Red Sea) this weekend....a trip I am looking forward to.

Even though that this trip is only one month long, I learn a lot more from it that what I learned from two years with the IB. Schooling made me dumb, education like this makes me a lot more aware about myself and the world.

Salami....Mads
PS. I am planning to go to Iran next summer (when I come back from Bolivia). It only costs 1300 KR from Copenhagen to Tehran. Anyone who wants to join?!?

This is specially for Olga:

Yesterday, Donia, Itay, Olga and I went to Tel Aviv. The city is totally different from Jerusalem...a lot more warm, and a lot more full of life. It is also a really little city, Olga for example met Tom Hanks and Ben Affleck; she was also being really philosophical at some points, for example when she mention that "every street is different"...just like Tao.
Donia is staying at Itay's house now, and we will probably go to her place tomorrow. That means that I have seen the whole country from south to north and east to west in 12 days.

I'm a big big girl...ehhh nothing...

Shalom Everyone! Here is the news from Even Yehuda down town... I have decide to give YOU a small update of what is going on these days, but it will be very small because I am going to pick watermelons from some farm later on. Btw, talking about watermelons: they are HUGE in Israel.
I went for two nights in Jerusalem, I really like the city and I could easily imagine me living there. Actually I have promised a lot of people already that I am coming back!
Itay and I met two of our third years yesterday, Noa from UWC in HK and Jonathan from RCN (I guess that most people have heard about him), we had a really nice time over some water pipe, coffee and later on a gold star and a Leffe Beer. I have so much to tell about this strange place, but I think I will write a proper summary when I come back home to cold Denmark.

William Blake

He who binds to himself a joy
Does the winged life destroy;
But he who kisses the joy as it flies
Lives in eternity's sun rise.

Late night....

Writing this being a bit tired
maybe makes it impossible to understand
but what you should understand
is not the text
but the meaning.

Listen to the letters
which cannot be written
understand the language
which cannot be said

It's damn late now, and I just came back from a "studenter fest" at Max's place, that was an awesome dinner with his family and friends. It was a damn nice time to have, just before I left for the middle east.
I was reading some poems from William Blake yesterday while listing to some nice jazz, and it surprised me how the human body is built. Why are they ears so close to our brain and not our heart? I mean, sometimes I listen more with my heart that with my brain, so why don't I have an ear there. I have decided that the next year should be followed by feelings; and not by reasoning. That means that I will probably go to Bethlemhem (even though that Itay told me not to do so), I will probably go to a mine-field in Western Sahara, and I will probably hitch-hike through South Ameriac, yes maybe I am stupid, but death needs a reason.

I would like to inform everyone I know that I really like letters; actually I like letters much more than e-mails, so I expect to get some letters the next year, from all around the world. So, surprise me and write!

Is True Love eternal? Is True Hate eternal?---- how long time can you possible hate a person?
To everyone who doesn't know me: I don't believe in Love! I mean, Love in the sense that it is an natural thing. I can explain it to all of you if you just write me a letter or an e-mail!

What a long strange trip it's been

Juuubiii...It's my grandmom's birthday tomorrow, plus Max and Klaus will come to my place...It's like dream :D

So many people are doing "blogging" these days, let's take a look at some of them:

http://www.livejournal.com/users/anna_borealis/ : Matilda's blog...Hmm..totally new, it is very up-dated but doesn't reach the deepest level; more personal.

http://www.aleinlapaz.blogspot.com : Alita's blog, very interesting if you know Alita and keep in contact with her. Sometimes she gets some "up-date trip", and other times she totally forget about it :)

http://margretsilja.blogspot.com/ : only in Icelandic.....great.....

http://www.magnusincopenhagen.blogspot.com/ : Magnus in Copenhagen - soon in China. It is a very interesting blog. Good Work Magnus :)

http://www.livejournal.com/~v_krishna/ : Vijay's blog - it is acutally more a survival book than a blog; how can "intelligent" life continue existing in Århus..... This blog is up-dated....and yes, just remember that it is from a deadhead mixed with a bit of beatnick's....

http://dalliance.pitas.com/ : Michelle's blog (and Chris)....Yeah, if you want to follow two peoples love life then go there....

Nothing more to tell.........oh yes, just keeping reading MY blog and keep writing comments....othen than "Mads, you are sooo immature".

/Mads - Still with a blind eye, fucking laser operations!

PS. Guess who is going to the Middle East on monday?!?
